About the Book: |
This thoroughly revised and expanded latest 3rd edition of Pharmaceutical Drug Analysis provides recent analytical methods as well as the contemporary applications for the appropriate selection, preparation, and analysis of pharmaceutical compounds and pharmaceutical dosage forms.
The advent of tremendous exploration in the specific domain of 'The Analysis of Pharmaceuticals' the classical text has been profusely refurbished with respect to modern methods of drug separation and several novel procedures, namely: Circular Dichroism and Optical Rotary Dispersion,X-Ray Diffraction Analysis,High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography,Ion Chromatography,Reversed Phase Chromatography,Super Critical Chromatography,Automation in Measurements, andGood Laboratory Practices.
The organization of this book and the clarity of presentation are outstanding. It is highly recommended to pharmaceutical chemists as well as to all others entering into the field who are concerned intimately with the ever-expanding science of pharmaceutical analysis.
