Two chapters entitled `Research Processes` and `Experimental Research Designs` added in fourth edition made the book complete for all courses in its own sense.

About the Author: |
Dr. B.L. Agarwal, holds the degrees of M.Sc. (Maths), M.Stat., Ph.D. He retired as professor and University Head, Department of Statistics and Mathematics, Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner with his posting at Rajasthan College of Agricultural, Udaipur, India.
He has 31 years of teaching experience in various U.G. and P.G. Statistics courses. he has also been highly engaged in statistical consultancy work. He has authored a number of research papers in the journals of national and international repute such as Sankhya:The Indian Journal of Statistics, Journal of the Indian Society of Agricultural Statistics, Communication in Statistics (U.S.A.), Microelectronics & Reliability (U.K.) and others. He is a Life Mamber of the Indian Society of Agricultural Statistics. He has several other Statistics books also to his credit.
