About the Author:

Mr. Indranil Mutsuddi is, presently, associated with DSMS Business School, Durgapur as Assistant Professor (HR & OB) in the MBA Department. He had worked in the MBA department of reputed institutions like Acharya Institute of Management and Sciences (AIMS), Bengaluru and IBMR, Bengaluru with more than eight years of experience as a learning and development facilitator in management studies. He has more than twenty six publications in reputed journals and had presented more than sixteen papers in various national and international conferences. He has contributed chapters in various edited management and executive reference books published by reputed institutes like ICFAI, Jain University, Bengaluru and professional organisations like NHRD Ranchi chapter. He is the author of "Essentials of Human Resource Management" and "Managing Human Resource: Text and Cases (UPTU Syllabus)" published by New Age International (P) Ltd.

Mr. Indranil is a double gold medalist (2002 Batch) from All India Management Association (AIMA) and Prof. Narendra Mohan Basu Award winner from the Presidency College, Kolkata (now Presidency University).
