New Age International would welcome orders from both individuals and institutions for any New Age Publication irrespective of the fact as to whether the same are selected from our online catalog or any other source.

Packaging
We thoroughly check each item to identify any physical deformities before shipment. The packaging is carefully carried out to withstand the adverse condition during transit.

Shipments
We send all books via REGISTERED AIR-MAIL to any part of the world and is delivered in 1-3 weeks. We do not charge extra for packing, forwarding and postage.

Price changes
If the publisher revises the price of a book, we correspondingly charge the revised price which may be different from our online catalog or any other source.

Is there any minimum value of one single order?
Since we make all (unless otherwise specified) shipments by registered airmail without any additional charges, we plead our individual customers to accumulate their requirements so as to be able to make US dollars 20 (twenty) as a minimum one time order. This helps in making small transactions economically viable and thus giving you an efficient service.

How do I place an order?
When you have found a book or other item you like, it is easy and safe to buy it.
You can choose to order by our secure online ordering :

• Select the item which you want to purchase by clicking Add to Cart button.
• After selection, the item will be added to cart and button changes to Added to Cart
• If you want to select other items repeat step 1.
• After you have finished selecting all the items you wish to purchase, click "View Cart" link present on top of the page.
• After reaching view cart you can change the quantity of the selected items if you wish to. After changing quantity you have to press "Update Quantity" button. The total amount will then be displayed.
• Now you have to enter your email address in the box mentioned as "E-mail" and then press "Submit Order" button.
• Now you have to enter your personal details like name, address etc. At the bottom before "Submit" button there is a option to select your payment type. All you have to do is to click on the paymenttype to see the options. You can select "Cheque" or "Credit Card". Then you have to press "Submit" button.
• On selecting "Credit Card" payment type, you will enter a Secured Site where you have to enter your Credit Card no. and expiry date, etc Or your Net Banking Details. Then press "Submit" button. The amount displayed will be deducted from your credit card.

Finally, you'll receive an email from us confirming your order receipt with complete details.

Do I need to prepay?
Yes, we would be unable to supply without the advance payment.

How can I pay?
We accept orders with your choice of the following payment methods:
1. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or JCB credit cards
2. Wire/Bank Transfers to our Bank. For payment via Wire/Bank Transfers, kindly e-mail us info@newagepublishers.com
3. Personal or bankers cheque/check in US dollars and drawn on a US bank
4. Payment by international money order in any major currency.

Do you accept credit cards? And what are your other payment options?
Yes we do accept payments through all major Credit Cards (like VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Diners Club). We also accept Checks, Bankers Check/Drafts or International Money orders, in US Dollar or their equivalent in any foreign currency.

What are the different modes of dispatch? And how much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Since we do business largely through the web, we know how important it is for our customers to get their orders fast. Therefore, almost all of the orders are dispatched by AIRMAIL, but the orders can also be supplied by SEAMAIL and COURIER (FedEx, UPS, DHL) on demand of the customer. Our shipments that we send via REGISTERED AIRMAIL are exempt of any additional charges, like postage, packing, forwarding or even bank charges to our patrons based anywhere in the world. However, if you need via FedEx, UPS or DHL, you will have to pay additional actual shipping cost of U.S. $15.00 for the first volume and U.S. $10.00 for each subsequent volume.

Do you charge extra for shipping?
No we do not charge anything extra for Postage, Packing and Bank.

How long do you take in shipping the order?
Over 95% of the books ordered from our catalog leave our warehouse within one week. For others, we work in earnest, thereby, shipping you between 3 and 20 weeks.

Will my order be safely packed?
Yes. Every order is carefully packaged with robust bubble wrap and foam strips and sealed inside a waterproof wrapping. Then it is boxed in a heavyweight cardboad container and completely encased with the strongest-quality packing tapes. This way the parcel can handle everything that the postal system can do to it.

When will I receive my order?
Approximate delivery times for orders are as follows:
Airmail: 2 weeks.
Surface Mail: 2-6 months.
FEDEX/UPS/DHL: 3-5 business days

Do you keep all my details private?
Absolutely. We promise to never give, sell, rent or otherwise provide your name, email address or other personal details to other parties

Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellation of your order happily but before that we must ensure the current status of the ordered item We would be unable to Cancel the order, once it leaves our Warehouse.

How will I know if you have received my order?
All orders and enquiries are automatically acknowledged on receipt by e-mail. If you do not get an acknowledgement within 24 hours, please send your order again.
