DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will support the Director and will provide support for other Departments as well. He/she will be responsible for general administrative duties including scheduling, completing expense reports, filing, maintaining word/excel databases, and correspondence. He/she should have excellent letter drafting skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a Graduate, - 2 years experience working in a busy department - Strong Interpersonal & Organizational and Communication Skills - Good Analytical Skills - Must have experience in managing travel schedules, excellent phone skills, and excellent writing skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - advanced level a plus; Access experience preferred.
